Maryland Pol Hit With Complaint Over Email Fundraiser

An email fundraising campaign by an appointee of Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan (R) has drawn the ire of the state Democratic party. It filed a complaint against Maryland Insurance Commissioner Alfred W. Redmer, alleging that he violated a ban on fundraising during the General Assembly session.
