Slow Load Time Can Hurt Conversions: Report

Emailers, take note: A 100-millisecond delay in website load time can hurt conversion rates by up to 7%, according to a study by Akamai and SOASTA. Plus, a one-second slowdown could hurt conversions as much as 22%, and a two-second slowdown by 36.5%.  Better see to those laning pages.
