Account-based marketing provider Madison Logic, which was acquired by Clarion Capital Partners late last year, said it appointed David Bell as an independent director of the firm’s board. Bell is chairman of B2B agency Gyro and is a senior advisor to AOL.  

Bell, the former CEO of IPG, True North, Bozell, and Knox Reeves, is also an Advertising Hall of Fame inductee. He was a senior advisor to Google from 2006 to 2009. Bell left that post to help AOL CEO Tim Armstrong as an advisor to the AOL turnaround and remains a senior advisor to the company after the Verizon acquisition. Bell holds board positions at Resonate Networks and Time Inc., among others.
