Most Stores Will Close And Go Online Within 10 Years: Survey

Two-thirds of all retail store owners believe they will not have a brick-and-mortar presence in ten years, according to a survey by GetApp. Of those polled, 43.4% say this likely, and 22.7% that it is very much so. But an executive at parent firm Gartner disagrees. GetApp surveyed firms that now have both online presences and physical stores.
