Mom Claims She Was Spammed By Fisher-Price

A consumer who gave her email address to Fisher-Price for safety alerts about its Comfy Cloud Cradle n’ Swing found herself receiving marketing messages from the firm. She says she complained about it to parent company Mattel, and that Mattel blamed it on human error. There’s a learning experience here for email marketers.
