Ebay shoppers are getting emails telling them where they can get an item at a cheaper price. One says, "SAVE $5.36 + FREE SHIPPING You watched at $17.95. We found one similar for $12.59." Ina Steiner that this is not smart marketing on eBay’s part. Here’s why.
