Email marketing 0pen rates fell from 20% in 2013 to 14.2% last year, according to a study by the Data & Marketing Association (DMA). And click rates fell from 1.8% in 2015 to 1.6% in 2016. The
study sample covers 37 billion emails sent by 12 ESPs.
