David&Goliath Names New President

David&Goliath (D&G) has appointed Yumi Prentice president and managing partner.

Reporting directly to founder/chairman David Angelo, Prentice replaces former D&G President Brian Dunbar who left the agency in June to pursue his own venture. She starts on September 5.

Prentice comes to the El Segundo, CA-based agency after having been Founder/principal at Silicon Valley-based Manila Envelope Consulting. Before that, she spent over four years as SVP, Managing Director at T3’s San Francisco office, and held senior roles at WPP agencies including Grey San Francisco and JWT Asia (Bangkok and Singapore.

Having lived and worked on three continents, she has overseen global, regional and national initiatives for clients such as Hotwire, Microsoft, Nokia, Charles Schwab and Unilever.

“As we continue our quest towards being a fully integrated purpose-driven agency, we wanted to find someone who embodies purpose-driven values and is highly proficient in digital and CRM strategies," stated Angelo. "Yumi’s extensive integrated marketing experience, consulting expertise and entrepreneurial mindset make her the perfect person to help take our agency to the next level."
