Matt Weiss is departing Havas to join Huge as managing director of growth to help the agency expand beyond its traditional ad agency offering. In this newly created role, he will be tasked with helping clients achieve their end-to-end marketing goals, whether it's business strategy or product development. Based in Brooklyn, NY, he reports to Aaron Shapiro, CEO, Huge. 

Weiss previously served as global chief marketing officer and global chief revenue officer at Havas. He also spent time as the chief of staff at MDC Partners agency, KBS, and worked more than 15 years at IPG-owned McCann.
