Unilever Backs Voice Search For Digital Transformation

Unilever is backing voice search to allow customers to discover and interact with its many brands, according to Marketing Week. The FMCG confirmed last week at the Festival of Marketing in London that it believes comScore's prediction that a half of all search will be via voice by 2020 and so assistants, such as Amazon's Alexa, are an exciting new way to engage customers.
