Parks Blackwell has joined Fort Worth-based Pavlov as Chief Operating Officer and senior vice president of digital.

At Pavlov, Blackwell will be responsible for day-to-day agency operations and management of the 32-person firm, lead the expansion of digital strategy and media capabilities, and help guide the company’s growth via new service offerings. 

Prior to joining Pavlov, Blackwell, who is a Fort Worth native, was senior vice president and West Coast managing director for Dentsu Aegis agency iProspect, where she managed a staff of 150 and $200 million in annual billings. She also led new business development as vice president of new business and marketing, working with clients such as Apple, Intel, Gucci, Gap, Inc., Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Choice Hotels, among others.
