Creative and social agency OK Cool, part of marketing group Residence, has
announced the appointment of Benjamin Arnold as its first-ever Global CEO, as the agency targets continued growth across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC.
Arnold was previously CEO for the
agency’s North America region and is credited with overseeing significant growth there over the past two-plus years.

The agency was founded a decade ago in London and now has offices in New
York and Sydney as well. It was acquired by Los Angeles-based Residence earlier this year.
Okay Cool Founders Liz Stone, Jolyon Varley, and Ben Gordon remain at the company and make up
the remainder of the global senior leadership team: chief creative officer, chief brand officer, and COO, respectively.
