Scammers Send Fraudulent Email To Arvig Customers

Email scam artists are targeting customers of Midwestern Telecom Arvig. An email sent to Arvig users last Thursday states that something unusual was found during a sign-in to the person’s account. The email appears to come from Arvig’s email support, but it redirects people to a fraudulent webpage. The email address comes from a legitimate domain, enabling to get past email filters.
