Maryland Governor's Campaign Fined for Fundraising Email

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan’s re-election committee was fined $250 for a fundraising email sent during the legislative session, during which such activity is prohibited. The email was sent by Maryland Insurance Commissioner Al Redmer -- an official organizing a fundraiser for Hogan, a Republican.
