IRS Warns Of New Scam That Hits Hotmail Users

The Internal Revenue Service has alerted taxpayers to a new email scam targeting Hotmail users. The subject line says, “Internal Revenue Service Email No. XXXX | We’re processing your request soon | TXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX”. Recipients are led to a fake Microsoft page and asked for personal and financial information.
