Microsoft Urges High Court To Uphold 2016 Victory

Microsoft argued last week that the U.S. Supreme Court should uphold a ruling preventing the federal government from demanding user data that the company stores overseas. The firm wants the justices to uphold a 2016 Second Circuit ruling won by Microsoft.
