Alleged Nigerian Scam Artist Extradited To U.S.

Onyekachi E. Opara of Lagos, Nigeria was extradited from South Africa to New York to face federal wire fraud and conspiracy charges. He allegedly participated in email billing scams with David Chukwuneke Adindu, who pled guilty to similar charges six weeks ago.
