British Chancellor Philip Hammond could announce a tax on the tech giants' revenue, rather than profit, as soon as this autumn's budget,
The Telegraph reports. It believes the subject of
taxing the huge platforms where the end users are will be brought up at the weekend at a meeting of G20 finance ministers.
