Google Home has just become more connectable.
Google has added a new feature to its smart home devices, so they now can connect to other Bluetooth speakers in a house by voice command.
Any compatible Bluetooth speaker can be paired with Google Home via the settings in the Google Home app, allowing a consumer to control any of the speakers by voice commands to Google Home.
“We brought this feature to life after hearing how much you wanted to amp up the sound with your Google Home Mini,” stated Surbhi Kaulm product management, Google Home, stated in a blog post.
Additional Bluetooth speakers can be added to a group in the Google Home app, which could create multi-room audio. The new feature works across the entire Home family, according to Google.
