Reuters has brokered a deal with GE for its "ecomagination" campaign. Components of the campaign include: GE will be the premier sponsor on Reuters Interactive TV channel; various rich media
placements on Reuters.com; and sponsorship of Reuters Video content.
The campaign touts GE's products and services that provide significant environmental performance advantages to its
customers, such as an aircraft engine, a locomotive, and technology that converts coal into a cleaner-burning fuel.
As the premier sponsor of Reuters Interactive TV channel, GE will run 30-second
post-roll video ads. When a video ad plays, a banner ad is also displayed on the left side, which clicks through to a GE branded sponsor page.
