The Government is considering legislation that will make the bosses of nuisance call companies responsible for spam telephone calls and texts,
Sky News reveals. At the moment, company heads
can set up a business, break rules and then shut the firm down. The Government is consulting on plans to hold bosses accountable with fines of up to GBP500,000.
