BBDO Adds Creatives For AT&T Account; NCC Hires Former Mindshare Data Guru

BBDO New York has appointed Daniela Vojta and Susan Young executive creative directors overseeing AT&T’s Business Solutions and Corporate advertising. They were most recently ECDs at McCann New York. In their new roles, they will report to Matt MacDonald, group executive director at BBDO New York on AT&T.

At McCann New York, Vojta and Young led creative development on Microsoft where, among other things, they spearheaded the Girls in STEM initiative, started the annual Patent Program for Women and helped launch Windows 10 globally.  Prior to joining McCann New York, the duo worked at Saatchi & Saatchi New York, where they helped launch Tide Pods and create the Tide “Miracle Stain” Super Bowl ad.

Separately, NCC Media has appointed Bob Ivins as the national advertising sales firm’s first-ever chief data officer to help brands connect with viewers across NCC's linear and addressable inventory. He served as the first chief data officer for Mindshare as well as spent time at Comcast, comScore, Yahoo and Nielsen. Most recently, he worked at Rakuten-owned, digital commerce company Slice Technologies, where he served as senior vice president and general manager.
