GetResponse Upgrades Digital-Email Platform, Names New Hires

Get Response has enhanced its digital and email marketing platform for small businesses and enterprises, adding an account panel that supports 27 languages, a CRM system to manage the sales pipeline and other features.

For small businesses, the firm has boosted its e-commerce capabilities and added marketing automation templates that allow SMBs to create effective marketing campaigns, the company says.

For enterprises, the company is offering a closed-loop CRM platform that facilitates the creation of marketing and transactional emails, including order confirmations, receipts and notifications, while providing analytics on campaign performance.

The company says it has written over two million lines of code this year, and that its platforms are GDPR-compliant.

In addition, the company has named Malgorzata Mikulska as vice director of customer support and Courtenay Tieg Worcester as marketing director in the United States.

Previously, Mikulska held operations and customer support positions at Boeing and Sykes. Worcester comes to GetResponse from Seismic Software.

The company anticipates “a double-digit increase in headcount over the next year as we’re actively hiring in all of our offices,” states Simon Grabowski, CEO, GetResponse.

GetResponse, which has offices in the U.S., Asia and Europe, recently opened its Latin American headquarters in Brazil.
