Mono is promoting Julie Vessel from director of talent to the newly created chief talent officer to head up the agency’s talent recruitment and retention efforts. 

Vessel first joined Mono during its infancy when it was a 15-person shop and has since helped to bring top industry talent to Minneapolis, including Vanessa Fortier, the agency' first-ever ECD.
