Costa has teamed up with Barclaycard to develop a reusable coffee cup that can be used to make contactless payments,
Mobile Marketing writes. The cup can be scanned at the coffee shop's
checkouts so users can pay for their beverage without pulling cash or a mobile phone out of their pocket. The cup can have its balance topped up for future purchases and can be blocked if lost.
