Lloyds Customer To Sue For Coverage Of Email Scam Loss

A UK refurbishment firm is preparing to take Lloyds Bank to court over the latter’s refusal to cover £5,200 lost in an email scam. The money allegedly had been transferred to a fraudulently opened account at the same bank.
