Wingstop is appointing Leo Burnett Chicago as the restaurant chain's new lead creative AOR following a formal review. Barkley previously handled the account.
The Publicis-owned shop will be responsible for integrated marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, measurement, and optimization efforts.
Starcom, also part of Publicis Groupe and based in Chicago with Leo Burnett, will continue to lead all media planning and connections efforts for Wingstop, while Edible, Inc. will oversee all public relations, corporate communications and influencer outreach for the brand.
Dallas-based 3Headed Monster will serve as Wingstop's AOR leading local creative and strategy with the primary task to oversee franchisee investment to the new national strategy and to strengthen the effectiveness of local marketing.
Both Leo Burnett and 3Headed have already started work on the new creative that will launch early next year.
