OutboundEngine, a provider of automation software for small businesses, has debuted a mobile app that allows SMBs to add contacts to their databases and follow up with them via email or text in the app.
The app for iOS is available in the Apple App Store.
The app is designed to allow SMB owners to engage with leads when they are away from their desktops, using OutboundEngine templates, the company says.
Features of the new product include:
- Notifications when a client or prospect wants to connect.
- Response templates that business owners can use to engage with customers on the go.
- A business card scanner integrated into the app to capture new contact details.
One client, Marlow’s Fitness owner Marlow McShan, states that he is “so focused on helping my clients achieve a better quality of life that keeping my lead generation engine humming has always been a challenge.” The new app frees him to focus on fitness, he says.
