ICF is making some leadership changes as the company prepares to debut its new collective network ICF Next that brings together all the firm’s agencies under one
umbrella.
Bryan Specht, previously president of Olson and Olson Engage, will now serve as ICF Next's chief growth/innovation officer to focus on business development, sales, and
innovative-service offerings, as well on marketing, communications and brand promotion.
His current role leading the Olson Engage/Olson legacy businesses, which will be known under
ICF Next as “Brand Engagement," will be filled by Tricia Ewald, who was previously executive vice president/head of account management within Olson Engage.
ICF Next agencies
include North America-based Olson Engage, Olson1to1, Olson Digital, Pulsepoint Group, Brussels-based ICF Mostra, and U.K.-based The Future Customer and We Are Vista.
