Movable Ink, provider of a visual experience platform, is partnering with CrowdTwist, a SaaS-based loyalty and analytics vendor, to help loyalty marketers send emails featuring personalized
visuals.
The arrangement is designed to help brands integrate visually engaging experiences on their website into their email campaigns, says Vivek Sharma, CEO of Movable Ink.
The
visuals are created at the moment of open. Driven by CrowdTwist loyalty data, the emails can feature image-based offers based on points balances, purchase history and membership tiers and other
variables, Movable Ink says.
CrowdTwist clients can use the visualizations to “strengthen the brand's most valuable relationships, drive greater loyalty program participation, and
increase sales and engagement," states Scott Matthews, CEO of CrowdTwist.
In turn, Movable Ink will be adding CrowdTwist’s API to its own data ecosystem, the firm says.
According
to Movable Ink, the partnership will enable brands to:
- Offer loyalty members first access to new products or sales events
- Provide perks and discounts based on status.
- Use infographic-style visuals to display the member’s loyalty journey and current status or to provide a year-in-review.
- Display rewards that are redeemable based on a
member’s loyalty threshold.
- Showcase a recap of loyalty activity with visual redemption information.
