Three Agencies Bolster Female Ranks

Laundry Service is hiring Allison Baker as creative director to oversee creative for clients Tic Tac, European Wax Center and High Ridge Brands. Baker was most recently at BBDO New York, where she created and launched global campaigns for Gillette’s shaving and body care products. 

North Carolina-based Baldwin& is adding Emily Lloyd Watson, who has worked on accounts such as BMW, AARP, Cheerwine, TRESemmé, NC Lottery, Boppy, and New Holland, to the newly created position of associate creative director. She was most recently held the same position in the Winston Salem, N.C., office of MullenLowe. 

Allen & Gerritsen is bolstering its female ranks with five appointments. Jessica Ruscito is jumping from the brand side of the business (ex-CVS Health, Reebok) to join the agency as vice president of Strategy & Engagement to focus on the "intersection" of brand, media, marketing and technology to connect clients to audiences.  

Brenna Fitzgerald is promoted to senior vice president within A&G's PR practice. Yeva Kulidzhanova is upped to vice president, Analytics. Fifteen-year agency veteran Nadia Steidel is elevated to vice president of Accounting. Eva Wasko is promoted to director, public relations at Allen & Gerritsen Philadelphia.
