The ICO has let Marriott know it intends to find the hotel group GBP99 after privacy failings are believed to have compromised the personal information of more than 330m customers, the
BBC
reports. Like BA, which was fined nearly double that amount earlier this week, the company says it will contest the fine that results from criminal activity.
