Kelley Blue Book sorted through the winners of all of the company’s 2019 programs and have named the most-awarded vehicles and brands overall. 

Of the more than 350 automotive models on the market, the 2019 Jeep Wrangler received the most accolades, followed by the 2019 Honda Civic. Rounding out the top 10 are the 2019 Honda CR-V, 2019 Honda Odyssey, 2019 Honda Accord, 2019 Subaru Crosstrek, 2019 Volvo XC40, 2019 Hyundai Veloster, 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe and 2019 Toyota Tacoma.

That’s a lot of Hondas, so it’s no surprise that Honda is the most-awarded brand of 2019. Also making the list is Toyota, Subaru, Hyundai, Lexis, Chevrolet, Ford, Kia and Volkswagen.

Honda has a decades-long established reputation for strong resale value and reliability, says Matt DeLorenzo, senior managing editor for Kelley Blue Book. The brand received a total of 31 Kelley Blue Book awards in 2019.

Kelley Blue Book’s major annual awards programs include the Best Buy Awards, Best Auto Tech Awards, Best Resale Value Awards, 5 Year Cost-to-Own Awards and Brand Image Awards. Various car accolade lists created by the Kelley Blue Book editorial staff were also factored in – 10 Coolest Cars Under $20,000, Best Family Cars and 10 Best SUVs Under $30,000.
