KEN FEATHERSTON, senior vice president and executive creative director at J. Brown, has been promoted to general manager, assuming overall management responsibilities for the
agency’s Chicago office. Prior to J. Brown, Featherston was an art director with JWT in Chicago,working with clients such as Kraft, SC Johnson, Quaker, and Pepsi International.
