Custora Unveils New Version Of Loyalty Product

Custora has debuted a new version of its customer intelligence platform, designed to help brands reduce churn and increase conversions. 

Custora v!0 includes an interface that allows marketers to compare benchmarks against industry peers instead of getting tangled in ad-hoc analytics, the company claims.

In addition, it drives AI-based data to different teams and to track strategies across channels.

“There’s no email widget out there that can solve customer churn,” states Corey Pierson, co-founder and CEO of Custora.

Pierson adds that “doing so requires building a data-driven strategy, and mobilizing disparate teams and tools to execute it.” 

One user, Venus Fashion, has been able to “track progress against our goals and root cause challenges across channels and product lines,” states Henry Ferris, director of marketing at Venus Fashion. 

Another client, handbag brand Dagne Dover, a handbag brand, uses Custora v10 to help it know “where to focus and how to move the needle,” states Vadim Grinberg, VP consumer growth & insight at Dagne Dover.
