Former Arnold Worldwide CEO Hamlin Joins New Marketing Collective

Pam Hamlin, former Global CEO of Arnold Worldwide, is joining a newly formed marketing collective—York Creative Collective—as president.

Hamlin was a 20-year veteran of Arnold, including five years as CEO. She left the agency last year. (Her successor, Kiran Smith, also recently left.)

York Creative Collective was founded by Travis York, the CEO of marketing agency GYK Antler, which is part of the collective along with several other charter members.

Another former Arnold alum, Mark Battista, has also joined YCC in a senior brand executive role. At Arnold, he was executive vice president of Brand Experience.

"We created York Creative Collective as a home for brands that seek the resources of a highly creative and entrepreneurial team in order to drive growth and take them to the next level,” stated York.
