MMA Elects Members To North America Board

Mobile Marketing Association on Tuesday announced the appointment of 14 new members to its North America Board.

Norm De Greve, CMO of CVS Health Corporation, has also been named as MMA’s new chair.

Greve said the appointments are part of a broader transformation at the MMA, which has been underway for the past five years.

Per the transformation, “We have a unique opportunity to drive enduring business growth by collaboratively building a better channel for marketers and creating more relevant and deeper brand experiences for our customers,” Greve stated.

New board members include Jonathan Beamer, Chief Marketing Officer at Monster; Jim Daily, global president of Teads; Aditi Gokhale, Chief Commercial Officer at Northwestern Mutual; and Tariq Hassan, Chief Marketing Officer, Petco.

The appointments are also intended to more closely align the agenda of the North America board with the MMA Global Board, and, in particular, its regional focus on redefining marketing’s key growth opportunities.

Additional new board members include Jeremy Hlavacek, CRO of IBM Watson Advertising; Les Hollander, global head of audio & video monetization at Spotify; Walker Jacobs, CRO at Twitch; Nadine Karp McHugh, SVP, Omni Media at L'Oréal; Scott Kelly, director global digital marketing at Ford Motor Co., Ltd.; Joshua Lowcock, EVP and Chief Digital & Innovation Officer at Global Brand Safety Officer at UM – Universal McCann; Matt Ramerman, president at Sinch Engage; and Stephanie Redish Hofmann, managing director of Agency & Partner Development at Google.

Among other notable accomplishments in recent years, the MMA launched the measurement-focused Marketing Attribution Think Tank (MATT) and the Marketing Org Structure Think Tank.

Worldwide, the MMA is made up of more than 800 companies and 14 regional offices.

Within the technology sector, some notable member companies include Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Snap Inc., Adobe, 1-800-Flowers.com, eBay, Match Group, Pandora and Pinterest.
