Travel + Leisure is updating its print
magazine.
The monthly will have a tweaked logo (wider and bolder), upgraded paper stock and larger trim size, starting with the March 2020 issue, on newsstands February 21.
The cover
story features "The Best New Hotels in the World," chosen by the editors.
According to Meredith Corp, Travel + Leisure’s print advertising revenue for 2019 was up 7%
year over year.
“While many in the media industry are pulling back, we are doubling down on our luxury lifestyle offering,” stated Giulio Capua, senior vice
president-group publisher of the Luxury Group at Meredith.
Travel + Leisure is the only remaining monthly travel publication in the U.S., according to Capua.
“As we begin a new decade, the timing is right for a fresh look and feel,” stated Jacqui Gifford, editor-in-chief of Travel + Leisure.
In September,
Travel +
Leisure is teaming up for the second time with its sister publication,
Food & Wine, for the annual
World’s Best Restaurants
report, a first-person guide on the best places to eat around the world
