Ritesh Raval has been promoted to vice president-finance and Monica Olivio Crane has been promoted to associate vice president of Philadelphia-based independent media agency Harmelin Media,

Raval joined Harmelin Media in 2014. He started as director of finance and advanced into the senior director of finance within two years. He manages the agency’s relationships with financial partners, and was responsible for financial reporting, cash management and accounting support.

Olivio Crane was promoted from senior media director and in her new role she will continue managing her dierct team, as well as strategic planning for the agency’s largest account, Aspen Dental.
