Google Cancels I/O Over Coronavirus Concerns

Citing coronavirus concerns, Google has decided not to host I/O 2020, but it is considering bringing the event online. “This development follows the Google for Games Developer Summit in mid-March becoming an online event after the postponement of the Game Developers Conference,” 9To5Google reports. “Meanwhile, Cloud Next ’20 scheduled for April in San Francisco is now a virtual ‘Digital Connect’ event.”
