Citing concerns over the coronavirus, Jack Dorsey is reconsidering plans to spend some of the year in Africa, The Verge reports. The Verge also suggests that Twitter’s CEO is staying home due
to “the open threat to his removal from activist investor Elliott Management Corporation, which last week purchased a 4 percent share in the company with the intention of nominating
four members to its board and replacing Dorsey as CEO.”
