aQuantive has promoted SCOTT HOWE to president of DRIVEpm, a performance media and behavioral targeting company. Prior to DRIVEpm, Howe spent more than four years as vice president/general manager of aQuantive's Avenue A | Razorfish business unit, where he worked for clients such as MSN, WeightWatchers.com, Nike, Disney, and Best Buy.
