As part of an effort to help slow the spread of COVID-19, AT&T is the first major carrier to suspend all broadband usage caps, Vice reports. “Consumer groups and a coalition of Senators
are now pressuring other ISPs to follow suit,” it writes. “As millions of US citizens are forced to work, video-conference, and learn at home, such restrictions could easily increase the
financial burden on consumers.”
