DENISE GOUGH has joined the Scripps Networks as a director of legal affairs. Gough will work with HGTV and DIY Network on their production and talent agreements; work on licensing
agreements for HGTV, Food Network, Fine Living and DIY programming; advise Great American Country (GAC) and HGTVPro.com on legal issues; and work with Scripps Networks' broadband and custom
programming businesses. Prior to joining Scripps, Gough was at America Online, Inc. from 2000 to 2005, most recently as senior counsel.
