Engagio Enhances ABM Sales Service With Inbox Mining Tool

Engagio, a B2B engagement platform, has debuted a service that would allow brands to mine emails and calendars to help sales reps better understand their target accounts.     

The new service, Unified Account Inbox, is an enhancement of Engagio’s Scout for Sales offering for account-based management (ABM) teams.

“ABM is founded in a comprehensive understanding of an organization’s relationship to an account, and emails and calendars contain a wealth of information that typically gets lost,” states Jon Miller, co-founder and CEO of Engagio.

Sales reps receive the information in Salesforce.com, via a Google Chrome extension, and through email alerts.

Teams “benefit from having access to comprehensive insights within target accounts, equipping them to take action and execute coordinated plays based on that,” states Craig Rosenberg, co-founder and chief analyst of TOPO.

Unfired Account Inbox provides visibility into the conversations revenue teams are having with members of the buying team.

Scout for Sales also provides intelligent matching and enterprise-grade security.
