The Verge has compiled a list of tech company that have received large Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans from the government, some of which have still laid off large numbers of employees. In
particular, e-scooter startup Bird received a loan worth between $5 million and $10 million, and still cut about 30% of its workforce.
