Wunderman Thompson, an agency and consultancy, has hooked up with Braze Alloys to offer new technology to clients on what it says is a global scale.
The goal is to help brands “humanize the relationship between brands and their customers,” states Chandra Mostov, COO of Wunderman Thompson Marketing Automation.
Mostov adds, “Delivering highly personal and relevant content at every stage of the customer journey and across every device is so important in this modern age."
The Braze platform will help Wunderman Thompson “deliver on the promise of a relevant, real-time and cross-channel customer experience for our global and enterprise clients."
Wunderman Thompson clients will be enabled to “think global, act local,” when marketing throughout the globe, Braze claims.
The company adds that its technology integrates quickly with existing ecosystems.
