EarthLink Sues Charter Over Alleged 'Stealing' Of Subscribers

EarthLink has filed a lawsuit against Charter Communications, alleging Charter duped EarthLink subscribers by telling them their broadband provider was out of business, among other things.
The case, on file with the Supreme Court of the State of New York, claims Charter was trying to steal its subscribers.
