Omnicom’s senior vice president and Chief Diversity
Officer Tiffany R. Warren is leaving the company at the end of October to take up a similar and newly created role at Sony Music Group.
Omnicom said that a search for a new Chief Diversity
Officer is currently being conducted.
"Over a decade ago, Tiffany joined Omnicom in a newly established role that was one of the first in our industry, and since that time, she
has demonstrated an unwavering passion and dedication to diversity, equity and inclusion that has underpinned our own core values," stated John Wren, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Omnicom
Group.
Under Warren’s leadership, Wren added, “we've made notable gains in recruiting, retaining and developing a diverse workforce across the group and have accelerated our
momentum in doing more to advance systemic equity. We thank Tiffany for her many contributions across Omnicom, especially the establishment of the OPEN Leadership Team, and we wish her well in her new
role at Sony."

OPEN is the Omnicom People Engagement Network, a diversity, equity and inclusion framework, globally focused on culture, community, collaboration and its advertising
clients.
Warren stated: "Goodbyes are hard when you love what you are leaving, but it is time. Through the innovative work of the remarkable members of the OPEN Leadership Team, Omnicom is
strongly positioned to continue leading and innovating in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion.”
At Sony Warren will report to SMG’s Chairman, Rob
Stringer.
In her new role, Warren will be responsible for leading the SMG’s strategies to continue driving an inclusive culture and equitable workplace. Partnering with SMG’s
global leadership teams including its Human Resources and Employee Network Groups as well as its Social Justice task forces and Philanthropy efforts, Warren is tasked on building upon current
commitments and activities around hiring and promotion equity, inclusive learning and development, regular organization-wide diversity and equity assessments and diversified business and community
partnerships.
Stringer said that Warren’s “ground-breaking strategic vision, expertise and entrepreneurism will help us further our commitment to equity and long-term change inside
our company and throughout the industry.”
