
Tasha Dean executive vice president and head of production at The
Martin Agency has been appointed to agency’s executive committee. Her appointment brings 50% BIPOC representation to the committee.
Since joining Martin in July of 2018 to lead the
agency’s integrated production teams, Dean has grown those departments while expanding specialty capabilities. She helped to found SuperJoy, a creative studio and content hub that Martin
recently invested $1.5 million to expand.

Prior to joining Martin, Dean
spent five years running digital operations for TBWA/Chiat/Day New York. Her client roster over the years includes global brand such as: Nissan, Visa, Apple, Gatorade, McDonald’s, Michelin,
Kraft, Johnson & Johnson, H&M, Travelers and Accenture.
